Advantages And Features

1. Low thermal conductivity
The low thermal conductivity and non-wetting properties of the operon can effectively reduce the slag formation in the upper part of the riser, ensure the filling degree of the mold cavity, and improve the quality stability of the casting.
2. High shock resistance
Compared with cast iron, carbon-nitrogen, aluminum titanate, and silicon nitride, oxoxelon has better shock resistance, which can eliminate the preheating treatment before installation and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
