SG-28 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Degassing Rotor

Compared with graphite rotors, SG-28 silicon nitride ceramic degassing rotor are al not oxidized in high-temperature status, so they do not pollute molten aluminum and have a longer service life. High density and high strength ensure reliable and stable operation during high-speed operation, with a speed of 600 rpm. The concentricity of the rotor is controlled within 0.2mm. The joints and flange connecting shafts are made of stainless steel. The processing accuracy can be within 0.01mm. With high-precision assembly, the stability of the aluminum liquid level can be maintained to an extent. It does not react with liquid aluminum and can maintain a good degassing effect for a long time.
