Compared to graphite rotors, the OS-11 O'Sialon Ceramic Fluxing Rotor used in refining cars simultaneously increases efficiency, improves melt quality, and reduces refining agent consumption and pollutant emissions. They are resistant to thermal shocks (rapid cooling and heating), high temperature, and do not react with molten aluminum, non -wetting, and are non-abrasive, also the degassing effect remains good for a long period, with a service life of more than 1 year. Higher machining accuracy and strength than graphite, with speeds up to 500 rpm. The concentricity of the rotor is controlled within 0.2mm, ensuring the rotor rotation's stability at high speed.
